What Is Kiss & Sign?
Straightforward, factual description: No guests, no witnesses required, no photos, no video, no tuxedos or wedding dresses. Very casual. Simple “I do” vows, a kiss, and you sign the marriage license. Couples must bring a marriage license issued by the County Clerk of any Texas county.
Who Is Kiss & Sign For?
- Couples with a formal wedding planned abroad who need U.S. legalities handled now
- Couples saving for a public ceremony or large celebration at a future date
- Couples who need to be legally married for insurance, tax, or benefits purposes
- Military couples handling legalities before deployment
- Very private couples who do not wish to have any public ceremony
